Company History
Argos Utilities Corporation was formed in May 2006, with a base of operation in Washington DC. Our founding members, Bill Quinn, Brian Quinlan and Al Slepian, make up the base of an experienced management team from the energy industry. In July 2006, Argos acquired Richardson-Wayland Electrical Company LLC (RWEC), its union cornerstone and, effective January 1, 2007, Argos acquired Contracting Enterprises, Incorporated (CEI), its non-union cornerstone.
Both RWEC and CEI are based in Roanoke, Virginia. Their primary customers include Dominion Power Company, American Electric Power Company, Virginia Department of Transportation, Roanoke Gas Company and First Energy Corporation.

Capital Investment from Cadent Energy Partners LLC
Argos has partnered with Cadent Energy Partners LLC, a private equity firm, to provide the capital to grow the business.
